Be glad you never had one, I have very unhappy memories of going to birthday parties, and instead of a yummy cake, we got essentially two layers of carvel ice cream. The chocolate with the crunchies on the top was not bad, but the vanilla was icky. Not to mention the frustration of being denied cake!
