New family in my backyard!

Ever since my dad put up the birdfeeder, we've been attracting a numer of feline visitors, particularly one gray striped one, and a white and gray spotted one. Today I looked out the window, and noticed they were a family, two kittens. It's really cute, and I'm wondering if there is some way we could "adopt" them. They really are adorable, and I'm not sure where they came from!
