Wow, last night (4/3/07) was probably the best Boston Legal episode ever. Love the way they were able to weave footage from a TV show Shatner did fifty years ago, and tie it into a storyline from today. The idea of using old footage for flashbacks was nothing but brilliant. Loved the character exploration, the revalation about Alan's father, how he never lived up to his expectations, and then Denny's relalation that his father disowned him. The Denny/Alan friendship is one of the best done on television and I'm still surprised this show doesn't get more award nominations!
